The Bank cheque should clearly mention the bank name, branch name, routing number, account number, and account holder's name.

Address proof should be valid at the time of submission and include the full address

All documents should have the same name

The documents should be easily readable and not blurred or cropped

Simply click on 'contact' on the fundraiser page to directly reach out to the campaigner. We do not share the direct contact information of campaigners due to our privacy policy.

If you wish to get more details, you can directly contact the campaigner via social media platforms.

Fundraisers with tax exemption will have the same mentioned on its page. You will be notified if you made a contribution to a fundraiser that is eligible for tax exemption in the acknowledgement email. The donation is not eligible for tax exemption if the information is not included in your email.

To download your tax receipt, you simply need to:

i) Sign in to your Oporajoy account with the Email ID used to make the donation. Click on 'Forgot password' if you don't remember your password.

ii) Click on 'Profile' and go to your donation history.

iii) Click on 'Download the donation you would like to download in PDF format.
